Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for our customers regarding general inquiries, concerns or questions.
• Oversees communications, timely responses to emails and requests (both internal and external) and ensures smooth and timely order process flow.
• Handles customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, and diagnoses, assesses and resolves problems or issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross functional FST teams across the warehouse and transportation divisions.
• Enter data into operating systems, understand department process flow and look for areas of improved efficiency.
• Comply with defined business process and utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
• Understand contractual agreement details and expirations and collaborate with cross functional FST teams.
