Job summary

ASML is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to join our Customer Support team. You will install, repair and maintain lithography systems at customer sites, ensuring they operate as designed and delivered to expectations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical installation, diagnostics, and collaboration with customers and colleagues, with up to 75% travel. Strong problem solving and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• 2+ years of technical experience accepted with associate/technical degree.
• 2+ years’ semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years’ Field Service Engineer experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and qualify the machine on site per defined procedures.
• Build, install and align components to complete machine.
• Install equipment at customer locations, including new features and pilot systems.
• Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Recommend design changes or material substitutions when appropriate.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and perform repairs.
