Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and relocate semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Inspect, assemble, align, and test components to match specs.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, verify system functionality.
• Collaborate with customers to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex problems to supporting teams when needed.
• Train customers on operation and routine maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports accurately.
