Job summary

ASML in Austin, TX is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, relocate, upgrade and optimize lithography systems at customer sites. You will work with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, high‑quality installations and timely project handovers.

You will diagnose complex electromechanical issues, interpret technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while traveling 80% across the US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of related technical experience.
• Experience in field service or high-technology manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, procedures and specifications.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical equipment.
• Document service reports, work orders, and project handovers on time.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
