• Familiarity with Federal and State banking regulations for Online Banking and ACH Operations.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and understandably.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implements Treasury Management product and service requests.
• Processes maintenance requests for existing Business Online Banking and Treasury Management services with risk reviews.
• Reviews service requests ensuring proper authorization and access to products.
• Provides training and support to clients for Treasury Management services via phone, online, or email.
• Assist staff on Treasury Management product features and reports; resolve operational issues.
• Maintain multiple email inboxes and databases for requests and communications.
