Job summary

You will prepare proposals, analyze RFPs, and craft strategies to win new TM business while collaborating with bankers and other departments. The role requires 10+ years in financial services, a CTP preferred, and a strong track record in self-sourcing opportunities with team selling.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of experience in a financial institution.
• CTP designation preferred.
• Ability to self-source opportunities with a track record of team selling and lead sharing.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management products, cash flow cycles, and working capital.
• Experience in creating proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess and manage risk with TM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide treasury product marketing and sales demonstrations to customers and prospects.
• Prepare pro-forma analyses and pricing proposals.
• Review current and potential commercial relationships and recommend TM products.
• Design marketing and sales programs for treasury management to commercial clients.
• Prepare contracts and documentation for TM products per policy.
• Collaborate with other departments on proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintain knowledge of TM solutions and pricing to stay competitive.
• Leverage tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Perform duties in compliance with laws and company policies.
