Job summary

California Bank & Trust in Irvine, CA seeks a Treasury Management Sales Consultant for an inside-sales role. You will partner with branches and bankers to identify, develop, and close Treasury Management opportunities, driving product adoption and fee revenue through virtual engagement and coordinated support across teams.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert, conducting client discovery, positioning solutions, and guiding proposals through to activation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop Treasury Management sales opportunities with assigned branches and bankers
• Maintain a consistent virtual calling and engagement cadence using Teams, phone, and digital channels
• Drive Treasury Management sales, product penetration, activation, and fee revenue across the portfolio
• Review client relationships to identify opportunities for additional Treasury Management solutions
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Treasury Management packages and communicate value to bankers and clients
• Conduct client discovery to understand cash flow, payables, receivables, liquidity, and reporting needs
• Support the sales process from identification to pricing, closing, implementation, and activation
• Educate and coach branch partners on Treasury Management products and opportunities
• Maintain an active pipeline, document sales activity, and follow up to close opportunities
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers and other partners on complex client needs
• Build strong internal partnerships and be a responsive Treasury Management resource for branches
• Contribute to Treasury Management growth objectives while maintaining client and partner satisfaction
