Job summary

Runavir seeks a Course Coordinator in Hanover, MD, on-site with limited remote flexibility, to support non-technical training delivery and student success. You will coordinate schedules, reports, and access, serving as the liaison between students, staff, and customers.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required, with the option of limited telework based on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, English, communications, a technical discipline, or a directly related field, plus two years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four years of work experience (six years total) may be substituted.
• Two years of experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation/delivery, and/or evaluation of training, or three years of experience in an administrative support role.
• No certifications required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Confluence and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with administrative questions and issues, acting as liaison between students, staff, and the customer.
• Proctor high-stakes exams to ensure integrity.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the student experience and monitor progress.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, end-of-course, and on-the-spot reports for the customer.
• Provide administrative support for web-based cyber training, including feedback for content, exercises, and exams.
• Roster students to new courses and set up required access.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content accuracy and resolve student issues.
