Amentum seeks a Course Coordinator in Hanover, MD and remote to provide front-line, non-technical support for web-based and instructor-led training courses. The Course Coordinator will proctor exams, generate reports, and act as a liaison among students, staff, and customers to ensure a smooth student experience.

The role emphasizes data tracking, documentation, and collaboration with multiple teams under tight deadlines, with a 40-hour workweek and potential overtime or limited telework options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or related field.
• Ability to create and edit course reports (daily/weekly/monthly/end-of-course).
• Strong written/spoken communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line non-technical support for students at local and remote sites.
• Create and edit all required course reports (daily/weekly/monthly/end-of-course readiness/progress/exams/final).
• Proctor high-stakes exams and ensure exam integrity.
• Coordinate student access and rosters for new courses.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accuracy of learning content and address student issues.
