Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT Support.
- 1–3+ years in IT product/support roles.
- Strong customer interfacing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for networking, telecom, and software issues.
- Troubleshoot laptops, Macs, iOS and Android devices, and printers.
- Guide users through complex technical problems and document resolutions.
- Coordinate with teams to implement EY technology solutions and updates.
- Perform software/firmware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
