Job summary

Focused HR Solutions seeks a Technical Support Analyst for an on-site 6-month assignment in Warrenton, VA. The role requires hands-on support for PCs, mobile devices, and software, plus in-person interview and site presence at 6951 Vint Hill Parkway, Warrenton, VA 20187.

Qualifications

• Must have McAfee Anti-Virus and Adobe Acrobat; experience with business software.
• 3 years of hands-on IT support experience required.
• Experience configuring and maintaining PC desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, browsers, antivirus software and related software.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.

6 Role is based in Warrenton, VA. Some travel from 6951 Vint Hill Parkway, Warrenton, VA 20187.

Our client has an opening for a Technical Support Analyst. 100% ON SITE (810936).

This position is up to 6 months with the option of extension. The client is located in Warrenton, VA 20187.

Requirements:

• Must have the McAfee Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial business software products to be considered. Pls highlight ON RESUME Required 3 Years.
• Basic experience with the setup and support for IT presentations utilizing equipment and software. Required 3 Years.
• Basic knowledge on setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). Required 3 Years.
• Basic knowledge of supporting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office suite, Internet Web Browsers, Anti-Virus Software, and various software. Required 3 Years.
• Basic knowledge with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of mobile devices. Required 3 Years.
• Basic experience with IT inventory control and reporting. Required 3 Years.
• Basic experience with IT staff training via in person or electronic media. Required 3 Years.
• Basic experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting. Required 3 Years.
• Working knowledge and experience with computer application installation, administration, and training. Required 3 Years.
