Qualifications

Over 2 years of experience managing technical client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT or related field.
MDM experience is a plus (e.g., SOTI, 42Gears, InTune, or OpIntel).
Ability to translate complex technical information into client-friendly language.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and using CRM tools.

Responsibilities
