Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in service operations or related environments.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience managing operational metrics, budgets, and customer deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service and repair operations across multiple lines and programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet service commitments and financial objectives.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and drive productivity, inventory and logistics improvements.
