Brady Corporation is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor at our Charlotte, NC site on an on-site schedule. You will lead daily production, ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols, while coaching the team for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with production management tools and systems.
