You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and service, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and manage client relationships with ongoing support and reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have over 2 years experience managing technical client relationships and delivering client-focused technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and familiarity with MDM solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service to ensure seamless delivery and address issues promptly.
• Manage client relationships with ongoing support, regular reviews, and opportunities for solution enhancements.
