Brady Corporation in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer to drive technical sales across North America. You will translate customer needs into Brady Productivity Solutions & Services offerings and coordinate with engineering and product teams.

This role requires travel up to 75%, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in sales support or pre-sales, with strong communication and presentation skills. You will be the go-to technical bridge between Brady and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business discipline and 3+ years in customer sales support.
• Experience designing solutions to address client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-facing activities to understand requirements.
• Present technical sales briefings to customers and partners.
• Coordinate engineering support and feedback to product development.
• Support the North American Sales Team from a technical perspective.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
