Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site technology support at a client location in Portland, OR. The role requires a courteous, capable technician able to diagnose and resolve issues while coordinating with the client’s IT team.

Responsibilities include handling requests via phone, email, and service desk, assisting with video conferences and conference rooms, and maintaining hardware inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year professional level work experience.
• Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer and provide on-site technical support with a courteous approach.
• Field incoming requests via phone, email, or service desk in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with client’s IT team as needed to resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly with client staff and internal teams about commitments and deadlines.
• Assist with conference room tech, video conferencing, and room setup.
• Support hardware inventory, monitor stock, and assist with site logistics.
