Job summary

TKC Holdings ICS seeks an On-Site Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, track inmate grievances, and repair or replace broken telephone sets within a correctional site.

You will provide weekly status updates, assist with reporting needs, and coordinate site visits, with a 5‑day work week, 8 hours daily; overtime and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Customer service experience required.
• 3+ years in a high tech environment with hardware, software, and networking skills.
• Position may require overtime, non-standard schedules, and evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inmate inquiries, grievances, and responses.
• Add and maintain PIN number investigations.
• Assist facility personnel with reporting needs and tasks.
• Coordinate planned site visits and material deliveries.
• Provide weekly updates of phone system status and repairs.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and assist with system troubleshooting.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair/equipment requests.
• Maintain ongoing tablet/onsite equipment inventory.
