• At least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or on-site management capacity.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong advantage.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular local travel to client locations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with both corporate contacts and diverse frontline teams.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure—able to solve problems quickly and decisively.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and translate demand into staffing plans.
• Lead on-site operations and supervise field employees.
• Recruit end-to-end: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified talent.
