Staffmark Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our Workforce Solutions team. The role provides recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service at an assigned on-site account, ensuring staffing success and client satisfaction.

Key duties include writing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with client staff, greeting new hires, and maintaining accurate records in the system. This role emphasizes collaboration and service excellence at the on-site location.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or HR.
• Experience with on-site staffing or account management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to evaluate staffing needs.
• Develop recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
• Forecast applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.
• Perform recruiting activities to meet headcount requirements.
• Write job postings to support recruitment needs.
• Maintain social media to support recruiting and engagement.
• Conduct recruiting outreach to build candidate flow.
• Evaluate and interview applicants and perform required screening.
• Match talent to the most suitable job for the client.
• Greet new hires and introduce them to client supervisors.
• Communicate staffing updates to client team members.
• Process applicants in company system and maintain accurate records.
