Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to Have: Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Nice to Have: Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels (job postings, social media, networking events, referrals)
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the process
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume accounts
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market
• Maintain data in the ATS
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance effectiveness and decision-making in line with company policy
