Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nice to have an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job postings, social networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Visit high-volume clients weekly and host recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS.
