Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support and execute the sales and marketing plan for 2900 Norman student housing in Norman, OK. You will build relationships with residents and prospects, promote the property, and drive occupancy goals with creative outreach.

The role is full-time, onsite, with hours Tue–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm and Sat 9:30am–4:00pm; nights/weekends may be required. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years of progressive experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Maintain curb appeal and monitor tour path and model unit.
• Support leasing efforts to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Lead tours and respond to inquiries to convert prospects.
• Assist training of Community Assistant(s) on sales techniques and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and local market conditions.
• Assist in executing the marketing calendar and outreach events.
• Build relationships with residents and prospects to foster community.
• Create and manage social media content and engagement.
• Explore partnerships to expand property reach within the community.
• Assist in turnover process and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist Leasing & Marketing Manager with leases in the property system.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code.
