Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support sales and marketing for maximum community occupancy. You will deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospects, and drive leasing through tours and timely follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a schedule of Tuesday‑Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 9:30am–4:00pm. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus bonus potential, based on market data and location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1+ years progressive experience in student housing or sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lead tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Support marketing efforts on campus and in-community events.
• Monitor property curb appeal and general cleanliness.
• Post updates and communications through social media.
