Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an On-Site Manager to support a major client by aligning temporary staff skills with client needs and delivering high-quality service. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong supervisory experience, and solid administrative abilities, including handling invoices, background checks, and ensuring compliance with I-9 and E-Verify processes.

The On-Site Manager may supervise On-site Staffing Specialists and will contribute to customer retention through

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Proven leadership in a previous managerial role.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to build partnerships.
• 1–2 years in supervision or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Administrative skills and experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Match temporaries' skills to customer needs to deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting quality service and performance.
• May supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
