The role requires coordinating check-ins/outs, conducting new-temps orientations, assigning workers by skill, and monitoring performance while maintaining a safe work environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of staffing or onsite coordination experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily check-in/check-out of all temporary employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts; coordinate with branch offices for last-minute replacements.
• Conduct orientation for new temps assigned at the job site, including workplace rules and job expectations.
• Assign workers to departments based on skill, certifications, and production needs.
• Monitor work performance and relay feedback to the agency.
