Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead high-volume recruitment for assigned sites in the US. The role involves coordinating payroll, training, and candidate onboarding while mentoring other coordinators to deliver excellent service to applicants and clients.

The candidate will generate candidate pipelines, manage job orders in the Masis CRM, and maintain careful records for unemployment investigations, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and policy

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Support special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager in daily operations of the Branch, payroll management, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients.
• Manage new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain strict level of confidentiality and adherence to company policy while interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position, including collaboration with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
• Develop a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
