Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities / Event Management or related field preferred.
• Event / operations management in sports & entertainment venues preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A passion for fútbol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute special events including partner, client, hospitality events.
• Understand requirements for every event.
• Research vendors based on creativity, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate client tours and determine equipment, personnel, and services.
• Notify departments of event needs with orders and diagrams.
• Track overall event finances.
• Ensure events are ready for guests, clients and teams.
• Support Operations Managers on large events and projects.
• Act as Event Manager on Duty for partner and hospitality events.
• Supervise load-ins and event preparation.
• Provide timely solutions to problems.
• Create event sheets and post-event summaries.
• Provide regular feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in maintaining the events calendar.
• Other duties as assigned.
