Job summary

Inter Miami CF LLC is seeking a dedicated Coordinator, Operations (Academy) to join our Operations team in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on maintaining world-class academy operations and facilities to professional standards.

You will support setup, breakdown, scheduling, and event coordination, while managing equipment inventory and creating SOPs. The position requires flexibility for evening/weekend events and strong teamwork for a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities / Event Management, Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Ability or willingness to learn how to operate necessary equipment/software.
• Availability for academy matches and other events throughout the season (primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Assist with all the academy’s operational aspects, including set-up, breakdown, scheduling, communication, event coordination, general maintenance, etc.
• Assist with managing the department’s equipment inventory, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring the availability of necessary materials
• Create standard operating procedures, checklists, and training manuals for all areas of oversight.
• Responsible for event recap notes.
• Assist with IMCF II matches in the stadium, serving as the POC for the venue.
• Execute other projects as assigned.
