Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Part-Time Operations Crew to support the Facilities and Operations Department with event set-up, execution, teardown, changeovers and daily tasks.

The role requires physical tasks, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to work irregular hours around event schedules. Prior facility or game operations experience is preferred, and background checks are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the execution of stadium and training facility events & games, including set-up and post-event breakdown.
• Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization around the facility.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs and walk for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• Past employment or internship experience in game operations or facility management preferred.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.

• Hours of work are based off our events schedule and may vary.
• Bilingual applicants not required, but preferred.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
