Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator of Event Presentation to support the production control room and the Director of Broadcast and Event Presentation.

You will assist in planning and executing private stadium events, review A/V requests, and oversee matchday control room content and LED graphics. The role includes coordinating with partnerships, marketing, and external broadcast services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience with a professional sports team is a plus.
• Knowledge of Control Room equipment such as on-air graphics systems and replay systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
• Lighting, set design and A/V knowledge are a plus.
• Understanding of brand awareness.
• Superior organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, outsourcing, and execution of private stadium events and galas.
• Oversee Control Room content for matchday and test videoboard graphics.
• Render and load LED content for stadium matches and events.
• Act as producer for home and away radio broadcast setup and transmission support.
• Liaise with venue, production companies, and broadcast services.
