Inter Miami CF is seeking a Part-Time Operations Crew to support the Facilities and Operations Department with event set-up, execution, teardown, changeovers and daily tasks.

The role requires physical tasks, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to work irregular hours around event schedules. Prior facility or game operations experience is preferred, and background checks are required.

Formación

• Past employment or internship experience in game operations or facility management preferred.
• Reliable, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to perform manual labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours in a team atmosphere.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the execution of stadium and training facility events, including set-up and post-event breakdown.
• Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization around the facility.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
