Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator, Operations (Academy) to join our proactive Operations team in Fort Lauderdale. In this full-time role, you will support the academy's operations, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and event coordination, helping maintain world-class facilities.

You will manage equipment inventory records, develop SOPs and training materials, and serve as the point of contact for matches at the stadium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities / Event Management or related field.
• Willingness to learn operating equipment and software as required.
• Availability for academy matches and events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Event/operations management experience in sports or entertainment venues preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all academy operational aspects: setup, breakdown, scheduling, communication, event coordination, maintenance.
• Assist with equipment inventory, maintaining records and ensuring availability of materials.
• Create standard operating procedures, checklists, and training manuals for oversight areas.
• Responsible for event recap notes.
• Serve as the POC for IMCF II matches in the stadium and assist with venue coordination.
• Execute other projects as assigned.
