Job summary

Ardent Eagle Solutions seeks an Occupancy and Space Management Analyst to support the GAO in managing space data, occupancy records, and related analyses. The role emphasizes maintaining space records, stacking plans, and change tracking to guide real estate decisions.

The candidate will reconcile floor plans with occupancy and financial data, conduct utilization analyses, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Five years of space, occupancy, workplace, or real estate data experience.
• Experience reconciling floor plans, space assignments, occupancy, and financial information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, visualization, and applicable drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space records, occupancy data, stacking plans, and space assignment information.
• Track and document occupancy changes, including moves, assignments, vacancies, and space reconfigurations.
• Reconcile floor plans, space assignments, occupancy records, and financial information to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct space utilization, occupancy, vacancy, and capacity analyses to support workplace and real estate planning.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, visualizations, and other tools used to manage and analyze space data.
• Review and update floor plans and stacking plans using applicable drawing tools.
