Job summary

The Building People is seeking an experienced occupancy and space data professional in the Washington, DC area. You will manage occupancy agreements, space inventory, and related records to support government and client needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining space inventories, reconciliation with financial records, and producing standard reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Telework is subject to customer requirements in this role.

Qualifications

• Five years of space, occupancy, workplace, or real estate data experience.
• Experience reconciling floor plans, space assignments, occupancy, and financial information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, visualization, and applicable drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the official working inventory of space by floor, suite, tenant, use, and occupancy status.
• Track usable, rentable, assigned, shared, vacant, and unavailable space per standards.
• Prepare recurring occupancy reports and executive dashboards.
