Job summary

CBRE Space & Occupancy Data Manager will oversee occupancy planning and data-related projects, mining and analyzing space metrics to ensure data-driven allocations align with client goals.

Responsibilities include auditing IWMS data, developing analytics with Tableau, Rifiniti, and Excel, coordinating with Occupancy Planning teams, and delivering reports to support space planning and portfolio insights. Competitive salary with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of experience in data administration and space planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Proven IWMS/CAFM super-user capability.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze IWMS space data to reflect occupancy, layout, and attributes; perform audits.
• Prepare professional documentation and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Occupancy Planning and Projects teams; provide data and reports.
• Audit data for unapproved exceptions and coordinate with CAD team as needed.
• Lead data integrity projects and oversee global space and occupancy audits.
• Design and deliver data reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
