Job summary

The Building People is seeking an Occupancy and Space Management Analyst to provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support for occupancy agreements and space records. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory of space, occupancy status, and related financial data for government projects.

Qualifications

• Five years of space, occupancy, workplace, or real estate data experience.
• Experience reconciling floor plans, space assignments, occupancy, and financial information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, visualization, and applicable drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of active, proposed, amended, expiring, and terminated occupancy agreements.
• Maintain occupancy agreement calendars and prepare draft packages, amendments, and financial schedules.
• Support development of space, parking, service, tenant improvement, amenity, security, and reimbursable requirements.
• Coordinate information with facilities, security, finance, legal counsel, acquisition, and tenant organizations.
• Maintain version control, records, and recurring occupancy reports and dashboards.
