Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician in the Tucson, AZ area to support on-time in full deliveries and high-quality installations of modular units. You will anchor, level, seam, install VAPS, steps, canopies, ramps, and may handle skirting and related assembly tasks.

The role includes site duties, field service work (electrical/plumbing), and customer-facing tasks. Strong carpentry skills and a valid license are preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades required.
• Good communication skills with customers, sales people, contractors, shop personnel and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up units including anchoring, leveling, seaming, VAPS installation, steps, canopies, ramps.
• Additional installation/removal of skirting when required.
• Knock-down duties: shipping walls, securing exterior walls, disconnecting utilities, packing for shipment.
• Customer unit service work on the road (electrical/plumbing).
• Customer modifications and completing Work Orders/Service Orders.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.
