Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician in Casper to ensure On Time in Full deliveries and returns, performing unit setup, anchoring, leveling, interior and exterior seaming, and various installations with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will also handle removal of skirting, customer unit service tasks, and basic electrical/plumbing work while managing Work Orders and maintaining tools for reliable field service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades required.
• Set-up and knockdown experience preferred.
• Some experience with customer relationship management preferred.
• Must have knowledge of computers and good communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup duties: anchoring, leveling, seaming, and installing components.
• Handles installation and removal of skirting as needed.
• Performs on-site service work for customer units (electrical/plumbing).
• Performs customer modifications and completes Work Orders/Service Orders in the Field Service App.
• Maintains tools and equipment in good condition and supports branch/field service duties.
• Creates and maintains positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
