Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician in the United States to support On Time in Full deliveries and high-quality unit installations. You will anchor, level, seam, install VAPS, steps, canopies and ramps, and may assist with skirting removal.

The role also covers disassembly for shipping and site cleanup. Education includes a High School diploma or GED, carpentry skills, familiarity with construction trades, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades.
• Set-up and knockdown experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of computers and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up units including anchoring, leveling, seaming, VAPS installation, steps, canopies, and ramps.
• Assist with installation/removal of skirting and other components.
• Disassemble buildings for shipping, secure all items for transport, and prepare site for removal.
• Perform service work on customer units (electrical/plumbing) and customer modifications.
• Complete Work Orders and Service Orders; maintain tools and equipment.
