You will operate office equipment, manage records, assist with conference room setups, and travel between buildings as needed; candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in office services, mailroom, print, copy, shipping/receiving, or customer support preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with standard office software and equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mail, shipping/receiving, and package distribution operations
• Operate and maintain office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and postage machines
• Respond to customer service requests and provide timely solutions
• Perform scanning, document handling, filing, and records management tasks
• Assist with conference room and furniture setups
• Complete print, copy, fulfillment, and finishing projects
• Deliver completed work throughout the customer site
• Monitor equipment performance, replenish supplies, and maintain service logs
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure operational excellence
• Travel between buildings on the customer campus as needed
• Support additional office services and workplace functions as assigned
