Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks a Service Supervisor to lead the Bozrah, CT service center. You will direct day-to-day branch operations across shop, yard, and field service, schedule staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with sales to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, training, and accountability, promoting a strong safety culture and efficient operation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, rental operations, or related operational environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or service management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across shop, yard, and field service activities.
• Supervise and schedule branch personnel to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
• Drive safety meetings, inspections, document hazards and near misses, and participate in investigations.
• Oversee work orders from scheduling through completion and document related records.
• Partner with sales to support forecasting, customer needs, branch planning, and service execution.
