Job summary

Grainger is hiring a full-time On-Site Service Representative in Nashville, TN to manage customer inventory, stock products, and provide outstanding service at multiple sites. You will follow routes, stock levels, and support KeepStock programs to drive customer satisfaction.

You will need 3 years in selling or service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with insurance. The role requires physical work and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety requirements of the facility.
