Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and work in difficult positions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow route defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Probe for customer needs during visits and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
