You will follow routing schedules, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales to expand Grainger offerings, while ensuring safety and efficient service at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in selling or service environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and manage physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations and monitor inventory.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routing directions and maintain route guides.
• Identify productivity improvements in processes and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements.
• Assist in creating new orders by engaging with customers.
