Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative to support East Denver customers. The role involves stocking products, servicing multiple locations, and following routes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will engage with customers to identify needs, collaborate with sales teams, and contribute to inventory management and MRO solutions. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at designated locations.
• Ensure stocking levels by scanning and ordering as needed.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow defined routes and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with facility safety and inspection requirements.
• Engage with customers to identify additional product needs and create orders.
