Job summary

Citi in Ofallon, Missouri, is seeking a Service Process Coordinator to analyze, process, and service production outputs. You will interact with internal and external partners and support Branded Cards, CRS, Retail and Commercial Bank products.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma, and proficiency with Office 365 (Excel and Outlook). You should be detail-oriented, able to manage priorities independently, and capable of improving processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Cards, Check and ACH return processing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform various research related to account reconciliation, check and ACH processing.
• Proficient with Office 365 products, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Consistently demonstrates attention to detail.
• History of going beyond the defined scope of a role to drive results.
• Self-directed, with a proven ability to manage priorities and workload independently.
• Capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Adept at identifying process inefficiencies and proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyses, processes, and services the production output of various processing activities, which may require interacting with internal and external partners.
• Resolves complex issues and performs most complex servicing activities under limited supervision.
• Scans and reviews returned check files and images working closely with offshore teams to complete.
• Research payments to identify return reject resolutions.
• Supports an expansive array of products and services including Branded Cards, CRS, Retail and Commercial Bank.
• Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise.
• Works on complex projects.
