The position requires five years in service coordination or related fields, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site work in California is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in service coordination, customer service or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule services, appointments, and dispatch technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, interactions and outcomes.
• Prepare service documentation and invoicing support.
• Monitor progress of service delivery to meet timelines and efficiency.
• Follow up with customers on appointment confirmations, job status and completion.
• Communicate delays, changes and schedule updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute reports on service activities and outcomes to management.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the delivery process.
