Job summary

IBM Infrastructure & Technology seeks a System Services Representative to install, maintain, and repair non-IBM server products at client sites. You will deliver technical support, plan services, and collaborate across centers to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Dell, Oracle, and Fujitsu server products (installation, maintenance, repair).
Knowledge of server operating systems and related software.
Experience with IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Understanding of information technology engineering concepts (installation, customization, operation, recovery, tuning).
Basic knowledge of Hybrid Cloud environments and onsite infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of non-IBM server products at client sites.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for installation, configuration and performance issues.
Lead service activities including delivery assessment, planning, and project-based services.
Collaborate with support centers and business units to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain certifications and soft skills training to sustain IBM service quality.
