Job summary

IBM Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a System Services Representative for MVS Server to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of non-IBM server products at client sites.

You will deliver technical support, perform problem determination, and work with various IBM centers to ensure high client satisfaction, while maintaining certifications and undergoing ongoing training in both technical and soft skills.

Qualifications

• Exposure to non-IBM server products and their installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of operating systems, software, and server capabilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of non-IBM server products at client sites.
• Provide technical support, problem determination, and resolution for client issues.
• Conduct Technical Delivery Assessment, planning, and account management for services.
• Collaborate with support centers and business units to achieve high-quality resolutions.
• Update Digital Technical Certifications and Soft Skills trainings for IBM service excellence.
